ALİ ENGİN KEÇELİ

Ali Engin Keceli is the Founder and President of SEBA Development Inc. and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of SEBA İnsaat in Turkey.

With extensive experience in real estate development, capital structuring, and cross-border investment strategy, Mr. Keceli has led residential, mixed-use, and hospitality developments across multiple markets.

Through SEBA Development Inc., he is expanding investment initiatives into the United States, applying structured underwriting principles and disciplined capital planning tailored to the U.S. market.

ORHAN ALİ KEÇELİ

Orhan Ali Keceli serves as Managing Director of SEBA Development Inc. and has held the position of Head of International Investments at SEBA İnsaat for several years.

He has led cross-border investment initiatives, international partnerships, and U.S. market entry strategies focused on financial analysis, capital allocation, and strategic growth operations.

His experience includes joint venture structuring and multi-jurisdictional real estate coordination.

At SEBA Development Inc., he oversees U.S.-based underwriting processes, investment evaluation, and partnership development.
